3. Categories of cookies we use

Essential  Strictly necessary — always active

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They cannot be switched off without affecting access. We do not require consent for these cookies under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as implemented in Cyprus.

• senera.lms — Authentication session cookie. Keeps you logged in during your visit. Expires on session end.
• .AspNetCore.Antiforgery.* — Protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. Session-scoped.
• Stripe cookies — Set by our payment processor (Stripe) during checkout for fraud prevention and to maintain the payment session.
• snr_consent — Stores your cookie preferences. 365 days. Required so the banner does not reappear on every visit.

Functional  Functional — set with your consent

These cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience.

• theme — Remembers your colour-theme preference. 1 year.
• wizard-progress — Saves in-progress state in the module builder. 30 days.
• senera.anon — Anonymous session identifier for tracking progress on public training links (no account required). Session-scoped.

Analytics  Analytics — set with your consent

Analytics cookies help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. They do not identify you individually.

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4. Distinguishes unique users and sessions. 2 years.
• _gid — Google Analytics. Distinguishes users within a 24-hour window. 24 hours.
• _clsk, _clck — Microsoft Clarity. Records anonymised session behaviour (mouse movements, clicks, scroll) to identify usability issues. 1 year. No keystrokes in password or payment fields are recorded. See Microsoft's privacy practices.

Marketing cookies

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies on the Senera platform.

4. Your preferences

Use the controls below to manage your consent. Changes take effect immediately and are stored for 365 days.

5. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties when you use the platform — primarily by our payment processor (Stripe) during checkout. Stripe's cookie notice is available at stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal.

Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will affect the operation of the platform — for example, you will not be able to log in or make payments.
